Gizmo - Fabric Sculpted Cat

Meet Gizmo.

Curious, scruffy and almost certainly somewhere he shouldn't be, Gizmo is one of the more mischievous inhabitants of the House of Kyrtex.

With his wonderfully unruly coat, striking green eyes and an expression of complete innocence, Gizmo has perfected the art of looking as though whatever just happened had absolutely nothing to do with him. Whether you choose to believe him is entirely up to you.

Gizmo is individually hand sculpted using fabric and Powertex, building layer upon layer of texture to create his distinctive tousled appearance. Once sculpted, he is carefully hand finished with metallic pigments, bringing out every crease, fold and wonderfully untidy detail.

Like all House of Kyrtex characters, Gizmo wasn't created from a pattern or produced as part of a run. His pose, expression, textures and finishing developed individually as he was made, giving him a personality entirely his own.

A wonderfully peculiar little companion for anyone who likes their artwork with texture, character and just a hint of mischief.
